    3. I am searching fro my greatgrandmother Zilpha (Zelpha) Young Smith Martin. She married Daniel Parker Martin 1880 at Pineville, MO. She had 2 children with Mr Smith. Annie and Wilbern, the Smith family raised them both.Annie had a daughter named Dulcie. Zilpha and Daniel moved to Leadhill, AR where he pastored a church. They had 5 children while living in Leadhill, 4 daughters and 1 son who died young.They then moved to Indian Territory Love Co, OK where Daniel was pastor and Postmaster at Hoxbar, Ok.ZIlpha died in 1909 and is buried in Overbrook cemetery in Love Co. Daniel died 1930 and is buried in Fairview cemetery in Joplin, Mo Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Betty

He died in 1898 in Joplin during a smallpox epidemic. Can someone help me locate his grave. James was a miner and was married to Anna Elizabeth Davidson. She later moved to Chariton Co. Mo. where she remained. I would love to talk with anyone who may be connected to my line. His father was also James Bryant and they came from Amherst Co. Virginia.

    3. Hi, I'm looking for a marriage record from Webb City in 1906. Maggie Witt Basnett and George F. O'Connor (O'Conner), march 22, 1906. Any suggestions on which route would be the fastest and most reliable way to get that record? I'm new to searching this area and appreciate all suggestions. Just to note my info for research. George F. O'Connor, born aug, 1877 in Bradford PA. Raised in Scammon KS and/or Webb City from age approx 11yo ( around 1888 on) by the Winn family (possibly a minister, maybe orphan train connection).     3. Hi! A cousin sent me some more Motley information, and I don't know who these folks are. They are on the 1880 census: Mastin W. Motley, age 51, married to Sarah (everybody is a Sarah!) age 51. Sarah E. Motley, age 54 (apparently a widow) also in the household are her daughter Dicey Gushwa and son-in law Joseph Gushwa, age 47 In Lawrence County: Edwin Motley, age 54 and his wife Amanda, age 57. They are buried at Dry Valley Cemetery in Newton County. Thanks! - Heather

His children were: Georgia Sue, John Homer, Bert Ernest, Myrtle, Mable Ethel, Neville Miller (my great grandfather) Harry Carter and Walter William.
