Kitsy RALLS, 6-year-old son of Mrs. Vera ROSS, 1008 East Twelfth Street, was bitten Sunday afternoon by a dog which it is believed was mad. The boy was playing in a courtway at 1424 Holmes Street when the dog attacked him, biting him severely on the foot.
