Max E. BRAUNINGER, a nurseryman, was thrown into the water when a wooden bridge over a branch near Leeds collapsed with his team and wagon carrying a ton of hay yesterday. BRAUNINGER says he escaped drowning narrowly and that his horses were badly crippled. BRAUNINGER says he and others had notified the county authorities on several occasions to repair or replace the wooden bridge with a more substantial structure. He says he will file suit against the county for damages. ====================================================== (I have no connection with this family but I'd appreciate knowing if you found this posting helpful.) johnobrien@kc.rr.com ====================================================== neirbo10 Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
