He was my great grandfather's brother. Isaac was born in Burke's Garden, Tazewell Co. VA ca 1840 - 1843, the son of William T. Brown and Martha (Patsy) Hall Brown. He married Mary Shortridge February 15, 1874 in Tazewell and then was said to have lived in Kansas City MO until 1896. I know he had a son (no name found), from his obit. But I have never been able to find any of his children to find his descendants.
