Washington Cemetery was renamed after 1951? My grandmother, Laura M. Meyer was buried there on 12/4/1951. I wrote to Mt. Washington cemetery in Independence but they had no record of her being there. Mt. Washington cemetery has not been renamed.? It is still Mt. Washington and is in Independnce, MO.? Sorry.
