He is survived by his wife, two sons - John J. and David F. O'DONNELL - and two daughters, who are sisters in Catholic convents. A sister, Mrs. E. M. BURNS, of Kansas City, also survives. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Friday morning at the home of his son, D. F. O'DONNELL, 4327 Walnut Street.
