The will of John Calvin McCOY, written by himself on June 28, 1889, was yesterday file in the probate court. John C. McCOY, jr., and Woodson McCOY are appointed executors without bond and instructed after paying all just claims against the estate to appropriate any part of it that may be necessary to the maintenance of the testator's wife, Elizabeth M. McCOY. At the death of his wife the estate is to be equally divided among his seven children, Ellen M. HARRIS, Juliet BASS, Virginia GRIMES, John C. McCOY, jr., Eva HOLLOWAY, Woodson McCOY and Mattie McCOY. The will was witnessed by Judge Henry A. WHITE and R. K.
