Bessie CALLAHAN, aged 14, and her sister Helen, aged 12, daughters of Alfred CALLAHAN, there being no stipulation as to age, are soon to come into an inheritance of $17,500, to be divided between them, which was bequeathed to them by a sister of their grandmother, Mrs. Elizabeth BATES, a sister of Mrs. Mathew RYAN of this city, who died at Cincinnati, O., a year ago, leaving property to the value of $500,000. There was a contest over the will which has just been decided in favor of the heirs, including Mrs. RYAN, who is to receive $2,000.
