Jack DRESSER, bartender at Curtis's saloon, Eighteenth and Walnut streets, refused to give "Tommie" CASEY a drink of beer at 9:30 last night, and the latter stabbed him in the abdomen with a jack knife. DRESSER was picked up and taken to the Grand avenue station, where his wound was dressed by Police Surgeon LANDON. He was then taken to his home, at 4 McClure flats, in the police ambulance. His wound is not dangerous, the knife penetrating only one inch. CASEY fled from the place after the cutting and was not captured up to a late hour. ====================================================== (I have no connection with this family but I'd appreciate knowing if you found this posting helpful.) johnobrien@kc.rr.com ====================================================== neirbo10 Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
