Tony WAYWOOD was arraigned in Justice SPITZ's court yesterday charged with stealing $118 worth of furniture from A. JONSKY. It seems that WAYWOOD and JONSKY were formerly partners in a furniture store at 921 East Eighteenth street. JONSKY claims he bought WAYWOOD's interest some time ago. On December 3, WAYWOOD carried a load of mahogany furniture away from the store. JONSKY had him arrested for stealing it. WAYWOOD claims he never sold out his share in the store. He was released on $300 bond and his trial was set for Saturday morning. ====================================================== (I have no connection with this family but I'd appreciate knowing if you found this posting helpful.) johnobrien@kc.rr.com ====================================================== neirbo10 Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
