J. E. BOYCE, was before Justice WORTHEM yesterday on the charge of stealing $10 worth of ice cream from W. W. MELMO's of 110 East Ninth street. It was shown that he had taken the warm weather article upon the strength of the representation of another man who had told him that he had arranged to get it and that it would be all right for the defendant to go and take it.
