Apparently they either came from or went to Lowry City, MO. Alonzo died between 1880-1900 as Nancy was back in Illinois in 1900 with an 8 year old grand daughter Elizabeth Ann Porter. Nancy died in 1922. Elizabeth married Frank Eaton in Peoria, Illinois. Why was Elizabeth with Nancy? Elizabeth says her father is Goerge W. Porter and mother as Jennie H. Mitchell b. 1871 in Trenton, Illinois. HOWEVER, Jennie m. JEsse Perkins and her name is Nancy's will is Mayme J. and she signed the settlement papers as Mayme J. Perkins.
