COSNER, 22 years old, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert COSNER, 4415 Scarritt Street, who enlisted in the navy in August, was one of the successful candidates for admission to the naval training school at Harvard University. He received his physical training at the Y.M.C.A. here and ranked high as an athlete.
