PRATT, b. about 1868 in Milwaukee, WI, a son of Wallace PRATT and Adaline RUSSELL. His mother died in 1874 and his father sometime between 1905 and 1910. I hope your reference number is sufficient for a look-up. The family moved to Kansas City in 1869 where the father was a corporate attorney, mostly for railroads.
