NORRIS, 1511 Tracy Avenue, died yesterday at the General Hospital. She was 38 years old. Surviving are two children, Herbert ELSING and Miss MARIE ELSING of Tulsa, Ok.; her mother, Mrs. J. C. BURNS, 1511 Tracy Avenue; two sisters, Mrs. T. W. GERKIN of Joplin, Mo., and Mrs. J. H. CATHERINA, 1511 Tracy Avenue, and a brother, W. C. ORME of Dewar, Ok. The funeral will be at 2 o'clock this afternoon at Mrs. C. L.
