Kimmyann, It appears you have several brick walls here! Most Missouri death certificate images are online for 1910-1956. Pre-1910 records have been extracted. The 1910-1956 deaths that haven't been scanned and entered yet are listed in the index. Of all the names in your post, the only one I found from any county in MO is Dora Lynch, born in Blue Springs March 31, 1872; died in Independence March 5, 1928; buried in Blue Springs. It shows her father as Henry St. Clair b. VA and the maiden name of her mother as Weaver, also b. VA. This looks like yours, provided that Dora is Carrie's sister and their mother was a Weaver. You can put in Carr and it will search for anything containing those letters, such as Carroll/Carrell --but I didn't find yours. I was looking rather quickly so you may want to search for yourself. I am really puzzled as to why the elder St. Clairs are not on the death index if they are buried in Blue Springs, unless they both died somewhere out of state and were returned home for burial. I take it back; Sarah's death certificate is there also. I see she's a Weaver. You probably already know that she died Nov. 21, 1921. Henry Lynch of nearby Grain Valley was the informant on the certificate. Still didn't locate Henry St. Clair though. None of this answers your question about the children. Jackson County marriage license images are online here: _http://records.co.jackson.mo.us/search.asp?cabinet=marriage_ (http://records.co.jackson.mo.us/search.asp?cabinet=marriage) I didn't have much luck there either. This is a long shot but there is a Henry H. Carroll age 44 of Nebraska who marries a 22-year old, I didn't copy the name, in I believe 1903. Could it be that Carrie died before that and this is his second marriage? If that's the case maybe they took the kids and went to who-knows-where. I hope this will be some help!
