    3. Brian, That township would be Sni-A-Bar, believe it or not. Also, there was a Sni-Mill village, and a Sni Creek. I bet if you go to yahoo or google, you can find the meaning of the expression, Sni-A-Bar. I have seen it, but I have forgotten what it means. Probably from an Indian expession, I imagine. (Mr.) Bev Harris >>> brianabuckeye@mailaka.net 11/09/04 09:11 AM >>> In the 1900 census, an ancestor of mine lived in a township that looked like it had hyphens in its name. I wonder if someone could tell me what this township's name is? I was looking at the census entry for Joseph and Garrett Cole. They were in supervisor's district 5, enumeration district 141, sheet number 5A. They were at lines 59 and 65. It looks to me like the enumerator, Moses T. McNally wrote "Int-A-Bar" Township. Is that right? I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Brian L.
