"The Kansas City Star" (Missouri) Saturday, November 5, 1927 An inquest into the death of Jacob M. BROADHURST, 70 years old, 16 North Fourteenth street, Kansas City, Kansas, will be at 2 o'clock Tuesday in the office of Dr. H. E. MOSS, county coroner. An autopsy today revealed BROADHURST's death yesterday at the Trinity Lutheran hospital was due directly to shock while undergoing amputation of his left leg.
