"The Kansas City Journal" (Missouri) Sunday, December 27, 1905 FOUND DEAD IN BED. H. W. LANG, a contractor's foreman, aged about 50 years, was found dead in his room, 1012 Union avenue, between 11 and 12 o'clock last night. The deputy coroner who viewed the body decided that the cause of death was alcoholism, as parties at the rooming house, where LANG had lived for several years, said he had been drinking heavily for several days past. Nothing is known of LANG's family. ====================================================== (I have no connection with this family but I'd appreciate knowing if you found this posting helpful.) johnobrien@kc.rr.com ======================================================
