I have "rescued" an old photograph identified as Nettie RAYBURN HODGES which was taken at the Parker & Son Studio in Kansas City, Missouri. The photograph appears to have been taken in the 1870's or 1880's with Nettie likely in her teens or 20's at the time. Based on limited research I was able to locate the following information regarding Nettie and her family: Nettie REYBURN b. Apr 1873 in Sinabar, MO to parents Thomas A. REYBURN (b. 8 Feb 1850 in MO) and Joan Martha WALDRON (b. 11 Jul 1855 in Jackson Co., MO) Nettie married Robert H. HODGES and had at least one child, Ruby Mary HODGES b. Oct 1892 in Kansas City, MO, Nettie died 12 Jan 1957 in Kansas City, MO 1880 census of Sinabar, MO: Thomas REYBURN, age 30, born MO, a Carpenter, parents born KY/VA Joan M. REYBURN, wife, age 25, born MO, Keeping House, parents born KY/MO Nettie REYBURN, dau, age 7, born MO, at School Walter REYBURN, son, age 4, born MO Thomas E. REYBURN, son, age 1, born MO I am hoping to locate someone from this family so that this beautiful old photograph can be returned to the care of family.
