He leaves his widow, Mrs. Mary A. LANE, 2311 Holly street; three sons, David F. LANE, Leeds, Mo., and Robert A. Lane and James M. LANE, 2813 Mercier street; a daughter, Mrs. Carl HERNDON, Beatrice, Neb.; his mother, Mrs. Margaret LANE, Topeka; two brothers, Edward M. LANE, 718 Kensington avenue, and David M. LANE, Topeka, and two sisters, Mrs. Mary STEVENSON, Topeka, and Mrs. Harry O'BRIEN, 3441 Wayne avenue.
