Steve Best source Kansas City Mo. Vital Stat.(Google for address) Jackson co Mo, (both have records and both should have sent to state vital Stat. In Missouri Kansas City kept it's record and Jackson county kept the non City of Kansas City records and don't confuse the Kansas Cities one is Missouri, Jackson Co. the other Kansas, Johnson Co.
