    3. "The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Friday, March 1, 1907 HE WAS DYING AT HOME ALONE. In response to a call, Dr. J. C. LYLE of 333 Argyle building, went to the home of James HOLMES, 3831 Morrell avenue, yesterday morning. He found HOLMES alone and nearly dead. HOLMES was taken in a city ambulance to the general hospital. He died about 6 o'clock yesterday afternoon. The body was taken to the undertaking rooms of Freeman & Marshall, 3015 Main street. An autopsy will be held. HOLMES was employed by the Missouri Pacific Railroad company as a "boiler washer."
