"The Kansas City Times" (Missouri) Tuesday, April 13, 1915 DEATHS IN KANSAS CITY. John H. HOLMES, one of the principal stockholders in the People's Amusement Company, which holds several of the concessions at Electric Park, died yesterday at his home, 4142 Forest Avenue. Mr. HOLMES acquired his interest in the company by an exchange of land in Illinois two years ago. He was 63 years old. He is survived by his wife, Mary J. HOLMES, and two daughters, Miss Stella and Miss Mary Helen HOLMES. The funeral service will be held at the home at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
