    3. "The Kansas City Star" (Missouri) Tuesday, May 16, 1911 RABID DOG BIT A BOY OF 14. Orville CRAIG, 14 years old, was bitten yesterday by a rabid dog. He was taken to the General Hospital, where he is receiving the Pasteur treatment. The boy lives with his parents at 113 Warner Avenue. It is believed his case will not prove a difficult one to treat. One of Orville's playmates was scratched by the dog before it showed signs of rabies. Physicians at the hospital are watching his case. ====================================================== (I have no connection with this family but I'd appreciate knowing if you found this posting helpful.) johnobrien@kc.rr.com ======================================================
