Don I checked the city directory and found: Kansas City, MO city directory: 1930 - McLaughlin, Frank (Kate) plmbr Frank F. Davidson, h7015 Spruce 1932 - McLaughlin, Frank (Kate) plmbr, h7047 Cleveland Ave 1936 - McLaughlin, Frank (Katie) plmbr, h6916 Kensington Ave 1939 - (no Frank or Kate listed) In 1939 there was a Warner Cline living at 6916 Kensington Ave. I didn't have time to check the 1937 & 1938 directories.
