    3. Ivy, Thank you so much for pointing that out to me. Don't know how I could have missed that. This will put a better light on when the girls were married. Have a good one!! 3. Fern: I checked the Jackson County marriage index (brides). The index covers the period of 1827 through 1937. There was a total of six COCKRILL brides. I'll give them all to you below. There is a "Myra"....could this be your "Mura"? 1901 - Mary June COCKRILL - Henry Lee DILLINGHAM 1919 - Edna May COCKRILL - George W. MOREY 1921 - Elizabeth B. COCKRILL - Frederick W. PALIS, Jr. 1924 - Myra COCKRILL - Richard B. L. SCHARFF 1925 - Mary Mildred COCKRILL - Fred T. HAUETTER 1930 - Mildred COCKRILL - Erwin O. KUNAU ----- Original Message ----- From: "IVY" <oyicroe@earthlink.net> To: <MOJACKSO-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, January 10, 2005 1:00 PM Subject: Re: [MOJACKSO] Marriage index (Jackson County) > Fern, They are in Kansas City in 1920. 3. Thanks John, You did it again. You have no idea how much I have appreciated your help over the years. Now I will have to wait for the next census to find out if these are the right girls or not. Wish I could find out when Elizabeth and her husband Frank F. died because perhaps they would have an obituary and it would name the daughter's married names. Keep a sharp eye out for them and you might run across them by accident. Thanks again John, Fern P.S. I got Mura/Myra's name from the census so who knows if it is Mura or Myra. This is a family with so many 'nicknames' I am surprised I have found them at all. Elizabeth Cockrill, the mother, is my gGrand Aunt. She is also known as 'Mamie' and 'Minnie'. Just go figure!! ----- Original Message ----- From: "John O'Brien" <JohnOBrien@kc.rr.com> To: <MOJACKSO-L@rootsweb.com> Cc: "fern" <rumycuzn@bresnan.net> Sent: Sunday, January 16, 2005 7:14 PM Subject: Re: [MOJACKSO] Marriage index (Jackson County) > Fern: I checked the Jackson County marriage index (brides).
