There was and is one about 39th and Warwick - Notre Dame de Sion. The elemetery school is still there but their high school is out near St. Joseph Hospital in south KC. Sharrie

May have been St. Teresa's. My husband is not sure.

Does anyone know the name of a Catholic Girls School that was in Kansas City in the 1940's and 1950's? As I recall it was referred to as a parochial school and offered elementary or grade school level classes. It also seems to me that the name started with a 'K' but that could be faulty memory. Hi folks, I'm new to this list. Can someone.anyone.give me a hand with looking up an obituary for Nathan Blalock, Alma Blalock nee Hawn, and Walter Blalock. Walter is the son of Nathan and Alma. Alma's given name was Almarinda. I have been able to find them in the 1930 census in Kansas City. I know that Walter died in March 1972. But I don't have any death dates for either Nathan or Alma.
