Mrs. Ellen KENNEDY, aunt of James and Thomas PENDERGAST of this city, died at her home in St. Joseph this morning. Richard B. HILLIGUS and Clara HILLIGUS were divorced to-day by Judge EVANS. They were married February 19, 1901, and lived together only one month. The funeral of Mrs. Cecelia DORNSELF, who died Sunday, was held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Grace Lutheran Church, corner Fourteenth street and Euclid avenue. The services were conducted by the Rev. Dr. CROMER.     3. "The Kansas City Star" (Missouri) Tuesday, January 13, 1903 KILLED NEAR TOAD-A-LOUP. William MOODIER, a cooper in the employ of the Brewing company, whose home is in Graystone Heights, was struck and instantly killed by a passenger train on the Santa Fe railway near Toad-a-Loup last evening. MOODIER was riding home on the "backover" and stepped off in front of the passenger train. The engineer of the "backover" saw MOODIER fall and stopped his train. When picked up, the man was dead. Dr. D. M. SHIVELY, coroner of Wyandotte county, was notified.
