HELP!!!! Are there some early German Catholic Church records that I can access in the search for the BOOS (Boss) immigrants who came to the U.S. from Southern Germany in the late 1830's. Anne Caroline Mond (MUND) married Carl Boos on Jan. 26 1865 in Iron Co...performed by Charles Grober. I'm trying to determine the parentage of Carl Boos. John & Frederich Boos lived in the Mine La Motte/Fredericktown area I think, but the Munds also owned property in Madison Co. during the 1860's. Both families were from Germany...Boos came from southern Germany (Kurpenner & Braunschweig and Elias Mund came from Brunswick in 1852. Thank you for any help you can give me!!! Clara W.
