    3. Thanks for posting this Craig. This file is harmless & is loaded when windows is installed. I did fall for this hoax years ago & deleted the file. I didn't need for over a year & then just loaded from the original windows disk. If you already deleted the file, don't worry.. nothing is going to happen to windows or your computer... You may need to reload the file if you ever load a program that needs it. I load a lot of stuff on my system (software junkie) and it took a year for me to need it.
