I do not think this is the same James....? James Edgar McMinn appears as abt 53 years old in the 1900 census, Iron MO., as a boarder & barber. ( married ? ) He last appears with wife Clarissa ( Clara )& children in 1880, on a census in Nebraska, with the surname listed as 'McMahon'. His occupation listed as a barber.
