    3. Hi I have Nash/Sutton/Ketchersides in my Iron county links also. Marguerite Sutton was the daughter of John Sutton and Mary Ketcherside Sutton, a sister of Sarah Jane Sutton Campbell. Marguerite married Wesley Nash. Mag and Wess raised a large family. Most of the family have passed away, but some still live in Iron County.Wesley was a Baptist Minister and my father likes to relate the story of how he and his Uncle Wesley, on the 2nd. Day of July, 1905, walked all the way out to the Newton Mayberry Place. There had been a big rain and the small streams and Stouts Creek were swollen. Why were they walking out there? It was a wedding day and Uncle Wesley married Freeman (Coot) Campbell and Lottie Mayberry that day. He must have tied a good hard knot. It has been tied for 65 years, will be now in July 1970. Uncle Wesley was a wonderful Spiritual man and we know his Blessings were on this marriage.I do not have a picture of Uncle Wess. I wish I did have. After he died Aunt Mag married again. This picture above is of her and her second man but I can’t remember his name, I’m sorry. The above is an excerpt from the book "The Campbell's are Here" Shannon county, MO Campbell's by Mary Ellen Campbell Tesreau (1970, self published). This page contains a photo of Mag Sutton Nash and her 2nd "man". If you are related, would like to share information. Marge Campbell Lodi, CA USA
