Helen was the daughter of the Late Clarence and Rebecca (Taylor) Judd. She is preceded in death by her husband Newton Talley and a son Mark Talley. Helen was a homemaker, a former member of the Freewill Baptist Church of Viburnam and a current member of the Cedar Ridge Baptist Church of Galena, Missouri. Helen is survived by seven children; Irene Conway of Bonne Terre, Marian Wyman of Lake City, Florida, Billy Jean (Monte) Montgomery of Lake City, Florida, Gary (Debbie) Talley of Marengo, Ohio, Sandra (Bill) Melter of Lake City, Florida, Nick Talley of Farmington, Colleen (Michael) Keeter of Reed Springs, MO. 23 Grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and 1 sister Helen Twomey of St. Louis. Visitation will be Friday, October 13, 2006 from 1p.m.-2 p.m. at the C.Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Leadwood. Chapel service will follow at 2p.m. at C Z Boyer & Son Funeral Home. Interment at Leadwood Cemetery with the Rev. Michael Keeter officiating. A Memorial Service will be held at Cedar Ridge Baptist Church at a Later Date. Memorial may be directed to the Cedar Ridge Baptist Church 742 Buttermilk Springs Rd.
