He was an animal surgeon in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas for over fifty years. His son, James Wayman Taylor was my father. I am looking for proof of Elizabeth's (she went by Elizabeth) birtth and death. She is buried in Doniphan Oak Ridge Cemetery in Doniphan, Mo. He tombstone is marked 1863 but there is no death date. I do know she died between 1941 and 1945.
