According to Book 4 page 271 (Howard Co Marriages) John Thurman md "Miss Brashear" Aug 1877. I have not yet gotten to that part of the microfilm of the original marriages. This was from the county clerk's marriage index. I can tell you tonight what the rest of the record says and who married them. Possibly where.
