Families Found in Howard County Land Deeds - Walker - Owsley - Martin Beth, Thank-you so very much for all of the information that you share. I wonder if anyone knows more about the following Howard County Walker families? The first two families are definitely related. In addition Federal and Thomas J. Walker had a brother named George Washington Walker, and one named Ebenezer Walker. In a later journal one of Federal's sons refers to his "old bachelor Uncle." I believe that he may have been referring to Ebenezer and not George Washington. In 1850 Moses Owsley died in CA while out there for gold! Does anyone have more information on the Owsley family?
