Judy, I'm not sure who this Mason family is. However, by comparing at the 1850 census entry for Presley NEAL in Howard County, Missouri and the 1820 census entry for Presly NEAL in Franklin County, Kentucky, it appears that it could possibly be Presly's daughter....whether Philisa is the same female under age 10 living with Presly in the 1820 census, I couldn't tell you for certain though.
