Laura, If you get a chance to look at the 1876 atlas and the 1898 atlas of Howard County, could you please also look for any farm by the name of Forest/Forrest Home? I have been searching for that for some time now. I have a letter written by a gentleman, to an ancestor of mine, who headed his letter with that name. I have no name for the gentleman.
