    3. June & Elbert - where are you? I'm pretty sure that there was a church and cemetery in the general area of Fayette / Higbee, Mo (Howard Co.) called Pleasant Hill. Some of the obits in "MoHoward" mention it - seems to reinforce my memory. As an adult, this Montana kid has only been on tours of that area a few times, once with Uncle Nelson Thompson, once with Elaine Thompson Roberts and her husband Gene, once with Mom (1975) , and once just my sisters and I and we were just following road signs. I'm sure I did the tour a couple times as a kid but that's too long ago. I think I remember hearing that the church had to be moved from its first location to its present site/ not too far, as I remember. I'm not sure if it still stands.
