Hello All! My wife, Kathy Bowlin, slipped on the steps July 2 and fractured her right fibula above the ankle joint. Since the doctor thinks it will be 6 weeks before it heals and Kathy's office is on our second floor, she will be unable to do additional posts from the Higbee News until her leg is healed.
