Would it be possible to check for death notices for the following two children of Elijah and Sarah Cobb McWilliams who lived in Forbes Co.: Daniel b. abt. 1863 IN who d. 1870-1876 Lena (or Lenna or Zenna) b. abt. 1857 IN who was alive in the 1876 state census but does not appear in the 1880 census and no marriage record has been found. This family had five children and by 1900 only one was still living. Two children died in the early 1880's--at least one from consumption. Thank you very much for you your help. Faith Wong
Sorry I do not find anything on the children. Again, I would suggest you check the Gone Home books. There are two of them. Also the counties to the East. I know from experience folks seemed to move to a county, stay awhile, and then move one or two further West.
