HOLT COUNTY MISSOURI DEATH NOTICES FROM AREA NEWSPAPERS PAGE 50 second one MORRISON, Sammuel--died 31 Jan 1890 in Oregon, mo., aged 46. He was born 7 March 1843 in Lancaster Co., Pa., the 8th and youngest child of Alexander Wilson Morrison. He was in the civil war in the 142nd. Penn. Inf. in 1863. Came to Holt Co., Mo. in 1870. He married Miss Floss Hahn, 28 March (?) 1877, who survives with 3 children--Blanche; Catharine & May. He served as Collector & Deputy Collector for Holt Co.. Burial in Maple Grove cemetery. Hope this is the one you wanted. It is the only one there is, and please note, I have been trying to copy them just as I am seeing them in the book. Please note: I am happy to look for family, but it would be helpful if you would list full names. That way if the one you are looking for is/isn't there we will know. Will make the job a lot easier.
