Missouri marriages are public record and a copy can be obtained by writing to the Recorder of Deeds, Holt County Courthouse, Oregon MO. The price of copies varies from one county to another so you need to check that with them. For genealogy a non-certified copy (no seal) will suffice for normal proof of marriage.
