    1. Re: [MOHOLT] Census
    2. Hi Nina, No, no fragments exist for MO from the 1890 :( I checked by book "State Census Records" by Ann S. Lainhart. There isn't anything for the time period of 1880-1890. There is a state census for Holt Co in 1876 that exists. I think you could get them from the MO State Archives, P.O. Box 778, 600 W. Main, Jefferson City, MO 65102 (according to this book). It's also listed in the FHLC, film # 1005363. As an alternative, you could use tax records, but most of those show head of household only. I don't know if any personal property or agricultural censuses exist for Holt in the time period you are looking. It looks like the FHLC is incomplete for Holt Co; it says that there's only the 1850 & 1860 & 1876 censuses for it! Sincerely, Cheri Mello Torrance, CA

    3. The only census records that I have found is a military census of 1890. I found my GR. Father on it. I heard that the regular census of 1890 was destroyed after most was destroyed in a fire...Glenn >Hi Nina, > >No, no fragments exist for MO from the 1890 :( > >I checked by book "State Census Records" by Ann S.
