I am trying to connect James Lee WILSON to the family of Jubal WILSON. Jubal lived next to the Moses PROCTOR family in 1850, but I think Jubal died soon after. James moved to Kansas in the later 1850's with some DUNCANs and FARMERs who were definitely related to Jubal's wife. So I think they were all interconnected. There was a gunsmith also named James Wilson near them too. James Lee Wilson (1830-1894) married Barrilla Proctor (b.abt. 1833), a daughter of Moses Proctor, in Holt County in 1855 by the Minister of the Methodist Episcopal Church. I already have their marriage record. However, James wasn't on the 1850 census. Does anybody know anything about any of these people? Does this church or records from the church exist?
