Clemontine was born in 1882 and died in 1920. I don't know where they were married but more than likely Holt County or Andrew County in Missouri. James Henry Harper was born September 25, 1869 and died in Jan 1930 the son of William R and Elizabeth Spencer Harper. Both are buried in the Forbes Mo Cemetery. They had Nellie Marie Harper Dec 4, 1904 married William Muse she ded March 25, 1978, and dau Alice May Harper born in 1903 married George Poindexter, Clyde Wall. She died in 1971. William Riley Harper was born Clay Co, Ill Sept 18, 1840 died May 16, 1901 (Co D 155th Ill Inf) Buried in Forbes Cem Elizabeth Spencer Harper b mAR 24, 1838 D jAN 2, 1923, dau of William H and Nancy Smith Spencer; w of Wm R Harper, twin sister of Andrw J Spencer, mother of 8 children. Both are buried in Forbes Cem. George Beasley, Sr was born Feb 15, 1880 in Bedford (Benton ) Lawrence Co, Indian and died Mar 13, 1943 in Forbes Mo. He Maried 1 Verna Victoria Leach daughter of Philetus Leach and Louisa Doran. She was born April 16, 1887 and died May 18, 1913. She is buried in the Forest City, Mo Cem. George married Grace Randolph Beasley dau of Albert Randolph and Mary Anderson Randolph. They had a dau Ruth Elizabeth Beasley May 30, 1914. She married Earl Truman Carter. They had Jay Carter, and he had Eric and Heather Carter Hughes. She died Feb 20, 1997 and is buried in the Forest City, Cem. Have picture of his wife, they had three children, Terry, Dennis, Les. I have obituaries of Ruth and George and Grace, I think. Will have to look. Oh yes, George and Grace also had George Beasley, Jr. b Mar 25, 1920 in Weston, Mo died March 22, 1999 in Savannah, Mo. He is buried in Memorial Park Cem, St. Joseph, Mo. wife was YaVonne Lorraine Houtcooper: She is living and will celebrated her 80th birthday Feb 25, 2005. Lived in Savannah since 1965. That's about all I have on George and family. Oh yes, I found him and Grace on the Platte Co, Mo Census in 1920. They lived in Weston Mo, George ws 39, Grace 29, and RuthE was 5. More than likely married in Platte Co. I have copied marriages in Missouri but don't think their marriage record was on it. Hope this helps. Shirley
