I have to agree with Michelle. I currently have a membership on Ancestry, and even paid the extra for the Images Online, and when everything works it's a decent deal for me. But right now their service leaves much to be desired. The issue I'm fighting right now is on the census images -- EVERY SINGLE county and year that I need, half or more of the images are missing or broken. So I've paid all this money for something that is worthless to me. They say they're going to fix it, but in the meantime, I don't hear any mention of pro-rating the cost to current members for all the time the services are not available. I'm very frustrated.
