    3. Hi Lisa, According to my Harrison Co., marriage books, Joel N. Moler married a Victoria J. Francis on Aug 14, 1872. No William Moler is listed but a William C. Molen (it might be Moler but to hard to read) married a Lucinda Fuller Nov 26, 1854. You would have to right to the court house and have them send you a copy of the original document to check the spelling of the last name. Good Hunting.
