In the 1860 Harrison co., MO census she is married to John Jackson Justice. Her age is 16 as of July 1860 (born 1844-45). Her oldest son was 5/12 old on July 1860. Presumably she would have been married May 1959 or earlier. The 1860 Harrison co., MO census also lists Benjamin Lee, age 49 born IN or TN, wife Sussanna age 48 born VA-Ellen 11, Nancy A. 8, and Martin Lewis 10. There is no probate for Lees in Harrison co., MO The 1880 Harrison co., MO census shows herself born in IN, father b OH, mother OH. The 1900 Harrison co., MO census shows herself born May 1844 in IN, her father born VA, her mother born KY. In 1850 Gentry co., MO is James H. Lee age 25 born IN, wife Nancy Ann R. age 19 born MO. Child Sarah E. age 4 born MO, and Penelope E. 8/12. The child Sarah E. is of the right age, but the head of household is not a Benjamin Lee per her death certificate.
